Het is een groot voorrecht dat mijn unieke bonbons al jaren een vaste plek hebben in het prestigieuze tweesterrenrestaurant De Lindehof in Nuenen, onder leiding van de inspirerende chef Soenil Bahadoer.<\/p>\n
1. Babi Ketjap \u2013 Toen ik deze bonbon voor de eerste keer maakte, was ik niet enthousiast. Ik liet hem echter aan chef Soenil proeven en hij was direct enorm onder de indruk. Wat een bijzondere smaak was dit toch. \u201cwe gaan wel kijken hoe de gasten reageren\u201d zei hij. De reacties? \u201cniet normaal lekker, wat bijzonder, briljant, etc. etc\u201d<\/p>\n

2. Butterschotch \/ Don Papa Rum \u2013 het zoete van de butterschotch in combinatie met de heerlijk zachte Philipijnse rum, dat geeft deze bonbon een delicatie smaak.<\/p>\n

3. Kulfi \/ pistache \u2013 kardemon, laurier, limoen, pistache, vanille en safraan. Al deze ingredi\u00ebnten maken van deze bonbon een ware smaaksensatie.<\/p>\n
